IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OUR PATIENTS CONCERNING COVID-19 AND HOW OUR COMPANY’S PROTOCOL MANDATES CHANGES TO OUR NORMAL BUSINESS OPERATIONS.
As our nation and daily lives continue to experience disruption and face unprecedented changes from the COVID-19 pandemic, our primary concern is ensuring the health and safety of our customers, staff, families and community. Our primary client base is among the highest, “at risk” population, whom face severe consequences if exposed to this virus.
With that being said, we are working with our local hospital and healthcare professionals to stay informed of our community’s developing COVID-19 situation, so we may be able to continue to safely provide services, equipment and assistance to those in need without risking the lives of others. This will require the assistance of our entire community; simply by making good decisions and following CDC guidelines and recommendations.
We will temporarily be CLOSING our retail and walk-in service. Our office will remain open to meet the urgent need of our patients that require life-sustaining equipment and supplies. We will be available, on-site, during normal office hours, Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:30am – 5:00 pm. Should you need essential or emergency equipment, supplies or maintenance of malfunctioning equipment, please call us at (423) 743-2330.
CURBSIDE SERVICE-CALL AHEAD PLEASE
We are offering curbside service for individuals whom prefer to come to the office and pick-up supplies and or needed equipment. PLEASE call ahead when possible; if you are reading this notice while at our office feel free to phone us from your vehicle. If we are able to help, a member of our staff will gather the needed items, paperwork and bring everything to your vehicle. We will be taking precautionary measures in order to reduce the risk of transmission or cross contamination.
HOME DELIVERIES LIMITED
Temporarily, our Service Technicians will not be preforming routine maintenance checks or making nu-necessary deliveries to homes or facilities. Oxygen and respiratory related needs will be treated as priority. We will be limiting our entry into homes, we take your health very seriously, please be prepared to accept deliveries from your door. We understand this may not always be possible, therefore we have re-instructed our staff on Universal Precaution and safety measures. Our Service Personnel have been instructed to wear gloves and masks in public places and in homes. PLEASE INFORM US IF ANYONE IN THE HOME IS SHOWING SIGNS OF ILLNESS. We will take proper precautions to ensure your safety, as well as ours.
NON-URGENT SUPPLY NEEDS
If you need non urgent supplies, we may choose to ship your items.
AFTER HOURS SERVICE
If you have an emergency with your respiratory equipment after hours; our protocol has not changed. Please phone our main office number and leave a message with our answering service, they will have a company representative return your call within 15 minutes.
