Our staff will identify every product sold or rented by our company that carries a warranty and beneficiaries will be notified of warranty coverage. Health and Homecare will honor all warranties under applicable law. Health and Homecare will repair or replace, free of charge, Medicare-covered equipement that is under warranty. You will receive information relating to the applicable warranty on products you receive from our company.
It is Health and Homecare’s policy to accept returns up to, and not exceeding 30 days on equipment and supplies allowed by Public Health and upon inspection by Health and Homecare. A 25% restocking fee may apply to special equipement and supplies.
